We are a concerned group of neighbors and friends who’s goal it is to preserve the pleasant, peaceful lifestyle we moved to the Royal Oak area of Titusville to enjoy. We see the proposed development of our former golf course as a threat to the life we enjoy so much.

We invite you to join us in opposing the proposed zoning changes and high density living.

Our Mission

We would like to preserve the intent of Titusville’s Master Plan and retain the current zoning standards while maintaining our community as a desirable location to raise our families, retire or visit. Rezoning to high density apartments is in NO WAY consistent with that Plan
